Sacred Teas

OmGoods Sacred tea blends were born from Sheri's love of high quality tea and special moments spent with her Grandmother. Her Grandmother shared her knowledge of tea and ceremonial tea practices from her travels across the globe with Sheri's Grandfather. So very special!

Tea ceremony is a sacred ceremonial practice that invites mindful presence and reconnection with your innate wisdom and highest self. The act of making and drinking tea is a part of what we call "tea medicine". It is a significant part of using herbal medicine and is still a central activity in this ancient healing tradition. Just the act of pouring the water over the tea bag can offer us an opportunity to breathe deep and be still for a moment, calling us to to hold space for our own nourishment.

All of Sheri's blends are inspired by her dream work and divine guidance from Great Spirit. They are created in small batches and only during the new Moon and Full Moon phases. Each batch is infused by Sheri with Reiki, sound healing, and the highest of light energy.

These teas are meant to be used for meditation, mindful intension, before sleep, or ceremonial celebration and practice. They were mindfully and lovingly created so we feel that they should be enjoyed and experienced in that same exact way! 

All ingredients used in OmGoods Sacred Teas are organic and whenever possible, they are locally sourced. OmGoods will never purchase from sources that do not utilize organic agriculture and eco sustainability practices.
