Sheri’s flower, herb and gemstone essences are vibrationally infused elixirs created from organic ethically sourced flowers and herbs along with carefully selected crystals and gemstones. Each essence carries the energetic imprint and vibration of the flowers, herbs and crystals used and those amazing highly unique energy signatures are then gifted to the user invoking activation and a deepening sense of connection.
Flower essences are a cross between herbal remedies and energetic medicine and are a very natural and safe way of healing. They have no side effects and can easily be integrated into any program of care as they do not interfere with other forms of treatments.

Taking a Vibrational Essence is an invitation to the healing process. Vibrational Essences contain the life-force energy released from the flowers being used and are not used as a fragrance. These are vibrational substances which affect a resonance or sympathetic vibration within our being, inducing a gentle shift in attitude, consciousness, and/or physical being.
Sheri lovingly creates them by allowing freshly picked flowers and specially selected crystals and gemstones to rest in spring water within a glass bowl set in direct sunlight for 2-4 hours. I never allow my essences to sit on a cloudy day! Therefore, it is also a lovely mindful practice to only create them when the beautiful sun is out and sharing her light!
Once the selected flowers, crystals, and gemstones have infused their vibration and essence into the water, I then strain the elixir and place it back into a glass bowl atop a charged copper plate. I then use the OM 432 Hz tuning fork and the DNA repair 528 Hz tuning fork to further charge the Elixir. At this point, they are bottled with amethyst crystal and organic brandy to preserve and then sealed. Once the essences are bottled and sealed, they are further infused with Reiki healing, love, and sound healing while placed on a crystal grid and surrounded by Tibetan chant and Nature Sounds! So many layers of love and blessings!
The flowers and herbs harvested and used for Sheri’s essences are from locally sourced farms and gardens that only practice eco friendly growing methods!
OmGoods vibrational flower, crystal & herb essences can be taken orally under the tongue up to 3 times per day (1 full dropper) or they can be added to drinking water. You can also add these essences to your favorite room spray or to purified water in a spritz bottle refresh yourself and your energy.
